W L B Accounting Solutions LLC was established in response to a urgent need for
quality contract controller, accounting and bookkeeping services by small and mid-sized
businesses and real estate investors. Because of the breadth of
experience that our founders have, the company is fully set up, staffed, and
prepared to offer a full range of services to clients nationwide in all aspects
of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, financial management and management
consulting services.
Because of our experience with clients nation wide, W L B Accounting Solutions LLC
has systems and processes in place to provide all services remotely
using modern technology and communications systems. Our "Virtual Office" system is
one of the most efficient systems being implemented by companies nationwide
today. With the extreme ease of modern electronic communications and
internet-based Virtual Networking, clients benefit by the more effective
methodologies through streamlined operations, up-to-date information, and cost
savings through more efficient use of resources.
Bill Bourbonnais, EA, MBA
Bill Bourbonnais, principal and co-founder of W L B Accounting Solutions LLC,
has served as a very successful tax and accounting consultant since 1993, when
he established his first tax preparation firm, WBITS, in San Diego while still
working full-time and finishing his MBA in Finance at Webster University.
Bill came into accounting from a less-traditional route than most in the
profession. While many tax and accounting professionals pursue their
accounting degree and then intern at a CPA firm to learn their craft, Bill has
worked up through the ranks in virtually every operational department in several
companies, in addition to owning and operating several successful businesses
with his wife, Laura. His love of tax and accounting has come about
through his understanding of the contributions every department makes to the
success or failure of a business operation.

Laura Bourbonnais
Laura has experienced a broad range of success as a manager, regional sales
manager, and entrepreneur. As one of the first Curves®
franchisees in California, she found a passion for business ownership and
entrepreneurship, and has a great love of providing service to her community.
Laura has owned Curves® franchises in Visalia, Hanford, Lemoore, and Fresno
California, and has been active in several other businesses with her husband,
Bill.
Laura has extensive experience in real estate and construction accounting,
restaurant operations and management, human resources and labor management,
sales and marketing, and business ownership.
In addition to being a principal and active strategist with W L B Accounting
Solutions, Laura is a Realtor® and is licensed in Arizona and California.
